How does the contract work?
Our standard contract is 12 months. We understand switching systems is a serious decision. The term exists so you have enough time to extract real value from the platform, not to lock you in. We occasionally run promotions with different terms; talk to a consultant for current conditions.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is a healthcare professional who sees patients and has their own EHR. Administrators, front desk staff and assistants are not counted as users : you can have as many as you need at no extra cost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades (Starter to Plus to Premium) take effect immediately. Downgrades are possible at the next contract cycle. In either case, all your data, patients and history remain in the system.
Is AI included in any plan?
AI Transcription and AI EHR Summary are included at no charge until December 2026 in the Premium plan. After that, both are available as add-ons on any plan: R$ 189/month/professional (transcription) and R$ 49/month/professional (summary). The professional always reviews and approves: AI assists, the clinician decides.
How does payment work?
Monthly payment via bank slip (boleto), sent to the responsible party's email. We issue a NFSe (Brazilian electronic service invoice) each billing cycle.
