On average, the operation is migrated within 7 business days, provided the source system delivers the database in the agreed format. Our technical team manages the transfer of patients, medical records, including files, and supports the clinic until the team is comfortable with the system. The timeline and dependencies are formalized in the initial analysis.
Is there a long-term contract?
Yes. Our standard contract is 12 months. We understand that switching systems is a serious decision. The term exists so you have enough time to extract real value from the platform, not to lock anyone in. We occasionally run commercial campaigns with different conditions; talk to a consultant for current terms.
