Salutho was founded in 2019 in Jaraguá do Sul (SC), out of a personal healthcare experience in our founder's family — a moment that made clear how much quality care depends on well-supported professionals, with more time for patients and less friction from administrative routines. From there, we saw firsthand how spreadsheets that don't talk to calendars, paper records that get lost and expensive, rigid systems drain the time of doctors, front desk staff and managers. We decided to build a platform that works with the professional, not against them.
Today we are a platform running in the real daily routine of individual practices and multi-specialty clinics, taking health data security seriously, and evolving constantly through close contact with our clients.
We know software doesn't care for patients. People do. Our job is to build a platform that works alongside the professional — an operational foundation that organises the routine, protects health data, facilitates communication with the patient and gives real visibility into the business. Technology as a partner of the clinic team, not as another administrative burden.

From EHR to a complete platform
We integrated scheduling, specialty EHR, digital prescriptions, teleconsultation, financials and dedicated modules such as Salu 1000 Days. What used to be separate systems became a single workflow.
Clinical AI, integrated WhatsApp, native teleconsultation
We launched the AI module for voice transcription and EHR summary, automatic WhatsApp confirmations and teleconsultation integrated with the EHR. The goal never changes: give time back to those who care for people.
Continuing to evolve without losing our essence
We keep expanding and bringing Salutho to more clinics across Brazil, without giving up what got us here: genuine closeness to those who use it, software that respects the daily reality of healthcare, and care for every client who trusted us.

A multidisciplinary team of health and technology.
Our team brings together developers, designers, product specialists, support analysts and people with direct clinical and hospital experience, including a physician on the internal team. We believe health software must be built by those who know both sides: engineering and the clinic.
We also count on advisors from different areas of healthcare, clinical management, medical specialties, education and regulation, and work in partnership with client clinics, professional councils, educational institutions and data privacy consultants. That combination is what makes Salutho.
